OP Shutterbug Adjunct Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 570 London, Ontario, Canada	I have a set of Progressive 412 Heavy Duty springs on my Speedmaster. For my weight of 180 lbs, they are just too stiff and create a rigid ride. Progressive will swap them out to the Standard Springs for me, but with shipping, spring cost, return shipping, customs, this is not feasible. Today, Progressive offered to send me the Standard Springs at their cost and I'd have to get them installed myself. They mentioned an Arbor Press. Has anyone done this spring swap? What's involved?
