Just bought another bike (am on a roll it seems). A 1970 Honda CT90 with 237 miles on it. Has been stored inside for the last 30 plus years. Looks good, couple of minor scratches on paint and a bit of rust on wheels/etc. Looks like I have a project now.
Trying to keep up with Dave and his collection!! Actually need to sell an 03 Kawy Ninja 250 I bought for my daughter to learn to ride. Have to pry her off the Bonnie Black to get a turn riding it.

No pics yet. Looked at it last week and bought it over the phone last night. will pick it up sometime next week.
I had a friend that had a Dream 305 when we were kids. I had an old Harley 165 2 cycle at the time. Couldn't even keep up with Honda 50s so was very envious of it. Cool old bikes.

Tose little Hondas I heard were the most popular bike in the world....tough

Did it still have the '69 Ford Camper Spl front bumper attached?
Most of those had really low milage because they spent most of their lives sitting on a camper bumper and made maybe 3 trips from a campsite to town or the general store every summer.

It actually belonged to my brother-in-laws dad. His dad was and he is a world class keeper of old stuff. His dad rode it once in a while then decided he didn't feel safe on it any more and he drained the carbs, removed the battery, put it in a shed and covered it up. It got moved to my BIL's shed after his father passed away so has been in storage most of it's life. BIL ran out of space and needed to clean some stuff out. He was going to put it on ebay but I made him an offer and now I own it. Sometimes things just work out.

I would love to see a picture of your Trail 90. They are such a great bike.
Meanwhile here's a pic of the 81 CB125S I restored this winter. She is a real gem!

My 81 Honda CB 125S. It will stay in the family forever I hope.

That is a great looking bike. Good job on restoration. I'm not sure if I want to go to that length in restoring the CT90. For now just want to get it into running condition and see how it goes.

Yeah, those things were cool. I can't believe the mileage.

Have been working on the bike some. Had to rebuild carb and clean fuel tank, polish off some rust, just a little paint, and it is starting to look pretty good. Need to decide whether to polish or repaint the engine cases.

That thing is sharp, Troy! Do you stand on the rear pegs and ride wheelies around town? If you paint the cases, Rustoleum has a good aluminum color, not that ugly shiny silver color that some high temp paints are. You can get it at AutoZone, they just started carrying it. I've used it on the Dream's head already, it looks good.

Thanks. Nah, I just put it in low range and climb the flagpole on the square!
Will try that. Am leaning toward painting right now. Clutch side (if it had a clutch) is pretty good shape but brake side isn't looking so great.

Had the engine guard and luggage rack powder coated. The chrome was rusting and I figure if Honda hadn't been cutting costs by keeping the plastic all grey regardless of bike color they would have done it bumblebee colored.

When I had my Honda 50 in the mid sixties, I really wanted a Trail 90. Looks like a brand new bike. Beautiful. What year is it?

It's a 1970. Took a lot of polishing and a bit of paint and powder coat to get it to where it is. Waiting til winter to finish the cleanup.
Have the odometer up to 276 miles now.
