OK...I didnt want to hijack Sorens post but I did want to set the feelers out for who might want to meet up and ride down to Chehalis on the 26th? Last year it was Karen, Bob and myself. Nice ride down and back. Hit a bit of rain but nothing too bad. My only caveat is rain. If its raining hard Karen and I arent going...on bikes. I dont have a specific route in mind but since Im putting out the feelers here are my suggestions: 1) Same as last year. We meet up somewhere in Issaquah, take Issaquah Hobart road to 169 thru Enumclaw to 165 to 162 to to 7 to 508 or 12 over to Chehalis. Heres a rough map: Map 1 2) Seattle Ferry Terminal to Bremerton, 3 to 101 to 108 to sideroads to Chehalis. Heres a rough map: Map 2

Z, If I have a bike, I am actually here and it's not raining, I'd be interested in meeting you somewhere on the way of Map 1 route. I'm guessing Bob, John (?) and I could rendezvous with you somewhere down by Enumclaw. Steve

Bob, how about we meet closer to you this time? After realizing where you live and the fact that you always come north to meet us I alsmot feel bad. Theres a portion of 169 closed, just north of Enumclaw. Auburn may be the better place to meet and we head out from there. Maybe down 164 to Enumclaw or maybe down around Lake Tapps. Like this: MAP 3
We can take option 2 back home then.

I'd love to hook up with you guys....But...With all the great places to ride around here it's pretty hard to to think about dealing with all the hastle of I-5 through The emerald city....But if you ever get up in the Mt.Vernon area let me know.Had a great run today down Hi-way 9 to the Conway tavern for an oyster lunch and a side cruse to Camino Island. One of my buddies even sprang an oil leak on his Road King....To a Triumph rider life doesn't get any better.....Later.
