as I was sliding the barrels down everything stopped "why is that?" feels like somethings jammed.. run my fingers aroung the cyl to find the oil ring mangled & streached. Project halted. luckily no damage to anything other than the oil ring. new set on order, so if anyone has a similar mishap I'll have extra rings.
