Dwight beat me to it. Before the chucklehead/shovelhead quote in my signature I was running Bill Hicks quotes. Well except for the last one that stated how hard it was to find an AUP-friendly quote from Mr. Hicks.
I believe the picture is from the cover of the Relentless album. I photoshopped the title off of it.
