FYI that 100mpg carby is actually a British SU Carburettor (short for Skinner's Union). They were used for years on Brit cars... I had a pair of them on my last '67 Mini Deluxe.

Uh huh. But let me guess here Matt...And the best you were ever able to squeeze out'a that puppy was only about 97MPG...right?!  (yep...I'd have called and complained to those folks at Austin if I were you...but DANG IT, it's too late NOW, ya know!!!)
