changing sprockets??

Question here it says to watch how sprocket is around do they go on one way and how do you figure that out?

Writing out with it going in clock wise direction? That was how they came off..

If they are new sprockets, It really doesn't matter, as there is no offset to the sprockets, and no "directional cut" to the teeth. Usually they are installed with the "writing" facing out simply to make it easy to identify the brand name, part number, or tooth count.
Opinions will vary on used ones. Some folks will reverse slightly worn sprocket to, presumably, extend the service life.
