That is really cool. Would look cool on a bike done up like Tom's (Brokenfixed) bike.I would also want some more filtration on there. Maybe a set of old Bonnie style round filters.

I agree....not so much on the filters. They are needed but those stacks look cool just sticking out there.! That setup would be a showstopper! I think Im drooling

I agree the stacks look really good, I always like the way they look even on the old Bonnies. That set up puts the old Bonnies in mind since they had carbs coming out at a similar angle.

They make em for Thrux, Bonny but not specifically for America/Speedy. BUT....if your wiling to loose the side panel (and maybe relo the battery) they will fit.

Wicked cool. I sent Raask an email sometime back asking about fitment and price. I learned nothing due to language issues. Is it just me or should an inquiry submitted in English be answered in English?
I would like a similar setup for CRs. Those stacks are the way to go!

I've asked Gooseman to check with Raask about the SM. I live in Oslo, Norway, but it's only approx 263 miles one way to Raask (i.e. a nice ride)

Hard to beat the look of a Triumph twin with velocity stacks, a look integral to the chopped Bonnies of yesteryear.
Thumbs up to Mr. Raask.

I wonder if there is a provision for balance. Maybe where the cables connect...

Talked to Sivert Raask on the phone today and he is dropping off a set of mainfolds and stacks at my place tomorrow for fitment check. We are also comparing trottle cable length and some more things that can be different between the standard Bonneville and America/Speedmaster. More info to come Johann

I might have to do that. I've already got the K&Ns with my own battery relocation box and no Freak brackets to get in the way.

I'm surprised no one has relocated the carbs under the seats yet...would that be possible with 2 long chrome pipes feeding the motor...or is it too long of a distance for the air/fuel to travel????

or what if...you rigged up a cheap vortech supercharger under the seat with some sort of a sprocket instead of a pulley wheel...get it in sync with the chain...little pod filter on one end...piping then sent to the carb with a dual split off...Bam!

Raask was at my place showing the stuff and we talked about how to make it fit our bikes.
From the standard Bonneville kit he have, the changes to make it fit our bikes are longer trottle cables and you have to make (or buy) your own carb brace.
This kit is not a direct "bolt on kit" you have to remove the carbs fuel pipes that holds them together and install rubber fuel lines that requiers some tapping and drilling.
Trottle cable setup is not push/pull and you will loose the choke and the idle adjustment at the carbs.
The finish of the parts in the kit is not exactly "showcrome" stuff, more of a raw badass finish.
If i had a extra pair of carbs i would try it out myself but i dont so i will not.........
But it sure would look cool and if you dont want to ride with stacks all the time you could put some small pods on the carbs.
Talked to Raask a week ago and he said that he now have the longer trottle cables for our bikes in stock if someone would be interested to buy a set from him.

seems like they'd be a pain in the ace with your leg hitting them every time you put your foot down.

Yeah so does riding around with a jockey shift but thats a freaking pain too. Maybe if they went back farther on the bike before they poked out. But I remember feeling the filter with my leg with those ram air 180 filter things, and they werent as obnoxious as these carbs.
