I did a search on a truck forum I belong to. One fella said they used to much mounting fluid when mounting the tires and the moisture gummed up the beads. He had to remove tires and clean "that crap" out. Another fella said once in a great while he would get a wheel hop, but slowing down and speeding back up cured it. 3 or 4 other fellas had no problems.
Not for me.

Some guys swear by them. Others swear at them. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I think they are BS just try the same thing on something out of balance you can see and mess with by hand. The loose stuff tends to move to the out of balance spot making it worse.

I used a dry product on truck tires ONE time. It takes some time for the medium to get located in tire with diffrent speeds whenever you are speeding up or slowing down the material is changing location in tire. It can really bounce!! It wears on the inside of tire, can only be used with tubeless tires. IMO.......Junk

On my 69 Trophy I had a front tire mounted and the Triumph dealer couldn't get it to balance out, he told me to try running it. It was like riding on an egg. He put some of the liquid fix a flat in it and he said that it would help balance it. It definitely worked and I never had any more issues with that tire until I wore it out. So I do believe that it is possible for these things to work, I wouldn't put it in anything that I wasn't having a problem with though.
