More problems with my TBA (05). At low speeds (below 30 mph) the TBA starts running rough. The bike has also started to stall after starting, although will start with twist of the throttle (which I am reluctant to do as I have blown up the air box in the past doing this). Works great at high speeds.

Changed air, oil filters and plugs. I am now thinking it could be a air leak. I had a similar problem in the past when the SAIS hose became loose. Any ideas anyone.

Is the air injection removed? If so, it may be one of the four vacuum caps either gone or dry rotted. Also, never hurts to check the rubber manifold boots to insure they're snug.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)

hi, sorry for the late reply, computer problem and working away. Still have not found the problem, but to be fare I have not had a time to look.
Strange thing is the TBA is difficult to start in the mornings, however when I leave work (sometimes 13 hours later, will start with no problems).

What kind of (if any) mechanical mods have you done? The temp related problem makes me think you you could have jetting issues.
