anyone else encounter a 865cc gearbox that sometimes makes a crunch when engaging and other times its quiet and also somtimes it makes a second crunch after gear is engaged and when letting clutch out as if it has just taken up a lot of slack, i have new chain sprockets and rubbers in the rear wheel, this noise is deffo from the gearbox, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hard to say. Try spinning your clutch adjustment at the handlebar 2 or 3 turns counter-clockwise. May be on the brink of engaging a tad early.

Also there is a huge difference in wet clutches cold to hot as they use the engine oil to operate.
