I replaced the stock exhaust with the short tor's but I'm still lookin for more growl and volume. Can baffles be punched out of these? Could not find it in the tech vault. Any other suggestions for volume?

I have the exact same bike with the airbox drilled and AI removed. Will these fit without too much fuss?

Oh boy, here we go again.
I had short TOR's on my bike too for a very short time. I felt they were just too quiet and lacked the toughness I wanted in the sound. As many threads here have showed: this comes down to taste and what is quiet to me, might be loud to you. That being said...I switched to EPCO's and I'm very pleased. Much more growl and a LOT more volume. These are still kind of 'neighborhood friendly' too if that is important to you.

No fuss at all. It's held on by a pinch bolt. Mine have been on for
almost three years and they're still tight.

It depends what TORs you have as to how easy it is to remove baffles. Some are set up with staggered baffles similar to stock pipes and some have a straight through pipe with packing similar to a glass pack for a car. The latter I have heard are harder to gut the former would be fairly easy.
