03 790 TBA D&D exhaust K&N pods. From the info that i have gathered I'll end up between 125 and 130 main 42to45 pilot screwed out 2 turns. Ive never done this before. it would be nice to get it right the 1st or 2nd time. Does anyone have a good starting point or know exactly which ones to use. Also, a good place to order them. Any help would be GREAT.

Not sure what your pipes are like so I could be wrong but seems your mains will be a little small. Also depends what your elevation is where you live. If you haven't done so already check your info against the jetting calculator.

yes that sounds better but everyone who has tried the 160 main that I know of have found it just a little too big. I would say try a 155 main first. If you end up 3 turns or more out on the pilot jet increase it to a 45.

I would say even 155 could be too much. 145 to 150 would probably be closer. You'll know right away if you open up the throttle and she bogs cause of 2 much gas and not enough air.

I located a set 155s in DesMoines today and the dealer who instaled the D&Ds had already put 45s in. The 155s seem ok but between the beers the cold and the local law (god bless'em) I didnt get a chance to give her a good thrashin. Didnt notice much bog mabey a little hesitation though. Its supposed to warm up fri and sat mabey 50's. If it does shes gonna get it.
