I bought the jet kit and had a local shop (not the dealership) do the work for me. The bike seems to be running ok, but I can smell fuel every time the bike is running at idle. Is it supposed to be that way?

You may be a little rich, try turning in the idle adjustment screws 1/2 to 3/4

Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.

You shouldn't smell gas from the exhaust. If you do that is unburned fuel, and that indicates a rich condition. Smelling fuel is actually probably pretty rich, don't want to wash the oil from your top end.
