Putting on the Kissan Signal minder and looking for a set of red lenses for the rear turn signals for my '06 BA. I am going to use the running light and brake option so I want to change out the ambers.

Anyone know where these are available. I did a quick search on the site but did'nt see anything for red lenses.

Thanks

I do not know where you can get red lenses for the stock lights, however you can paint the amber lenses with 'testers transparent red' paint. I did mine a couple of years ago (when I changed to running lights) They look nice and you cannot tell that they are painted. BTW you paint the inside of the lense only.

I think Zmilin did something with his too. Maybe he can chime in with his solution if in fact I'm thinking of the right bike. OR...send him a PM.

I tinted my lenses and later switched to Kury lights.
I was thinking of trying red bulbs on Karens bike to see how that would work.

Those red lenses are very elusive....kinda like snipe hunting.

I use clear lenses on my stock indicator`s (thank`s to this site), i think they are a stock Morris (UK) part , and if so they also had red lenses same size and style
One of the pommie member`s might know it that is correct

You can get red and clear lenses here....http://stores.ebay.ca/Classic-Bits
Put L760 in the search box....you'll see the clear lenses...red are the same except for color. I just changed out my blinkers to clear...looks great. You do have to oblong the screw holes a bit. No big deal. Lenses fit on the rim of the bucket, not inside as the stockers do. Email the guy...names Duncan. PM me if you need more info. Don

Here is the site on where I found out about the lens painting and how to wire the turn lights for running lights. It has worked well on my bike for several years.

Good luck.

There was a UK seller offering red and clear lenses on eBay some time back. He said that if the two mounting holes were slightly enlarged, the lenses would fit our bikes. He also had amber bulbs available to use under the clear lenses. If you're interested, PM me and I'll forward the guy's e-mail address.

Yeah, that's the guy. If you ask, he'll substitute two red lenses for two clear at the same price (you get two red, two clear, and four amber bulbs).

I changed all mine out to the clear lenses he sells and put red LEDs in the rear, amber in the front. With the Kisan signal minder setup for running lights works pretty well.

RED tail light lenses . Finally . This works well and takes 5 minutes . The guy's name is Duncan - very nice guy - tell him you want the red lenses . I got mine from UK in less than a week . All you do is take a small round chainsaw file and oval the holes outward a tad and it's a pretty good fit .

Among all of the things I've mastered , I have yet to post pics . I'm SO ashamed .

How about this - go behind yer bike , look at your YELLOW lenses and imagine them RED . Sorry , that' the best I can do for now .

I gotta learn to post pics , gottagottagotta . Maybe Thom Will can help me , he's REAL smart , ya know !
