Saw these posted in the classifieds here thought maybe should post em here too for discussion. They bring the OEM risers up and back. Nice alternative to pull back risers.I like the risers I use but this is a cool option. spacers

Those are nice looking, but I don't like the way the standard riser bolts through the add on riser. It looks a little thin in the cross section where the bolt goes through.

Not the fit I'd expect for the price. The mating surface isn't properly sized/machined where the 90 degree surface meets the oblonged surface. Seems like if the angle were completed before the cut, it would be flush all the way around.(ya, your going to have to interpolate my verbiage here, I'm fresh off an all night bender at Bike Week, Daytona.

I noticed that too, but I don't think you'll ever get a complete match unless you "carved out" a complex base shape for the lower part of the riser. Pricey too.

I had to go back and look again, I didn't look at all the pictures before. I agree the fit where the risers meet the spacers could and should be better. I don't think the price is out of line although maybe on the high side if they are nicely finished but would really need to see them in person for that. It would be pretty complex to get the mating surface correct where the risers meet the spacers couldn't keep the same size and shape all the way to the angle cut since any angle cut will leave a larger surface than a straight cut.

Yes, but if there were enough extension past the angle, it would be a 90 degree mating surface. I assume about an extra 1/4-1/2" would have done it.(maybe 1" at most)
Could maybe shave some off the original riser bottom if the setback ended up to much. Just a thought, we all have opinions.

Hey guys, I talked to Scootworks and told them you guys thought the price was a little high. Since this is a new design and they are trying to get into the Triumph accessory market they took your comments and lowered the price to $79.99

I bought a set of 4" up, 1.5" back risers with 1 piece cap for $30-40. I also bought some stepped bolts for around $30. I think my setup (with Speedmaster bars) will look better.

That's really cool that there is a company out there that will listen to the consumers and price their merchandise accordingly. My hat's off to you, Ernie, for contacting them and letting them know.

Yep, regardless of what anyone thinks of a product, a price reduction based on feedback is a "Man-up" move. And Ernie's time and trouble was a nice move.
(Now if someone can get that da-m little "Signal minder" thing down to around $40-$50)

I bought a belt drive conversion kit for my Shadow from Scootworks a few years ago and they were a delight to deal with providing a quality made product and excellent after sale tech advice. Even better, their machined parts fit perfectly and worked as claimed.

In the near future I will be working with them to produce a belt drive for the America / Speedmaster.

+1 I also bought a set of similar risers with cap for about $40 with bolts and covers included.

Also I have dealt with Scoot Works and had a great experience.
