I got the OK from my wife to get a new seat for my speedmaster and I was thinking of getting the Corbin solo seat with the back rest. My dilemma is if I get the solo seat, without the pillon, I will lose the option of carrying more luggage by not having a sissy bar. Im hoping there is some other options of carrying more luggage with a solo seat and my small saddle bags. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Triumph sells a rear fender mounted luggage rack, newspeedmaster.com sells a fender mounted luggage rack, and the fender luggage rack for a Harley Sportster work. I personally have the Harley rack, it fits lower to the fender than the Triumph one does.

Here's another option. I'm going to do something like this with EasyBracket posts.

Yeah, I'm gonna use that idea to create a hybrid style rack for mine, now I got no fender mounts...

the pillion depends not on either the luggage rack or the sissy bar. you can have one, theother (not lee), or both with or without the pillon. you can use the stock pillion with the corbin too. some issues with the oem newandimprovedactuallyaremakeofthetouringpillon 08 pillion and corbin solo have been reported, as in, too tight for the copulational adjournment of revelation. oops.. nevermind.
