Just curious as to how many members on this list are members of the Knights of Columbus. "britbk57" and I just discovered not only this in common, but other things as well. Not meaning to interject religion on the listserve, just curious as to find out what happens when membership in the K of C and this list intersect. Well Bob, I'm not of member of THAT fine organization, but I AM a member in "poor standing" of the local Southern California chapter of "The Knights Templar Motorcycle Club"!!! YEP! But PLEASE don't ask me where we keep the Holy Grail. I'm NOT allowed to tell ya that, dude! Sorry, ol' buddy! THOUGH, hence that "poor standing" part in the above, my membership may be only a [ahem] "templarary" situation here. Yep, just like around HERE, they've been trying to drum me out of THAT group for quite some time now TOO. BUT, when you THINK about it, WHO could really BLAME 'em, HUH???!!! (...ESPECIALLY after that lousy "templarary situation" line o' mine there!!!)  
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Never joined myself, but on Saturday I'm helping our local KOC do a pit-beef sandwich fundraiser. I'm the beef supplier and volunteered to help my buddy with the event. I suspect they'll press me to join.
