Anyone who’s with Sky experiencing problems downloading their mails today? Wondering whether it's a general issue or just me...
Can’t download any mails either from Outlook Express or direct from my Sky email centre – get message ‘Oops! This link appears broken. DNS error cannot find server’
Or in Outlook Express:

Tried to ring help line, to see whether they any problems... after several attempts, finally got through to answer machine woman and was then cut off

Gave up in end. Why is it so blumin hard to speak to folks these days?!
Anyway was wondering whether it is a Sky issue or whether there’s something altered on my PC that I can sort myself?
