Ok think I figured it out,
measure the circumference of the circle(182 mm) and divide by pi (3.14159)= 57.9mm diamiter....sound right?

Are you sure you are measuring the actual fork tubes and not the shrouds?

I could have sworn they were 41mm but I am not 100% sure. Waiting for someone who remembers for sure to either confirm or correct me.

41mm is the diameter of the stanchion (the part the shroud covers). (the fork seal driver I have is a 41mm)
60mm is the diameter of the non-tappered shrouds on your 04. (I went out and measured mine, both on my bike and the spare set and used an online calculator that puts it at 59.8, rounded up to 60).
70mm is the diameter of the lower portion of the tappered shrouds found on 07 and newer models. (according to Rivco for their 07 relo kit).

Thanks for the links but I know they have them,I just wanted the size so I can look at all my options from all vendors.
Sometimes looking outside of the usual suspects leads to good stuff.

Sounds like you are mounting them on the shrouds. I mounted mine on the upper fork tube (what ever that is called). I got 41mm clamps.
