I just got this helmet back from pinstriping guru Von Kustard and he's exceeded my expectations and come up with something totally amazing for me. I know it's a very 'busy' design, but I don't like plain white helmets so I told him to go wild and cover it as much as possible.

Oh and before you ask about the blood type sticker, that is a very good example of why you should always supervise your wife if you buy her a labeller as a gift, for the first few days she runs around putting labels on everything... I figured it wasn't a bad idea to have it on there, so left it before handing it over to the pinstriper.

Here's his website for more examples of his work

What kind of helmet is that?

No idea, it was just some bunky old off road helmet I had laying around, but it is approved for road use, never taken a bump and fits well without making me look like a mushroom head.

Heh, my Bell auto racing helmet is friggin huge. I look like a golf ball teed up when wearing it. My PT Cruiser is just quick enough to force the wearing when at the track. One 13.99 run and you become a marked man.

How much did that cost? I'd like to have a couple Onion Jacks.

Few years ago I gave a friend a pattern to put on my helmet. $100 later I got it back nicely airbrushed. I just recently found its on her website. Mozina Graphics She does some great work. Check out her whole site.
