Welcome Jim.

I used to spend some time in Baudette (never in Mosquito season though). One of my not-so-favorite memories was crossing the Rainy River on a snowmobile. All good until the ice broke. CCCCOOOOOOLLLLLDDDD!

Don't say that. It's unfashionable. We should make all our own parts out of bailing wire and duct tape.

Thanks for the welcome, you're right, this is the place to be.
One quick question, other than from a Triumph dealer, is there any where else to buy oil filters?
Thanks again!

There is a list of oils and filters in the tech vault. I use Amsoil Motorcycle because I want my bike to last and don't think it wise to skimp there. I also use Napa oil filter that is made by Wix I think. There are better filters I think but they always have that one in stock and it is a pretty good filter. Now I think you should go start an oil thread to get more info!
