I will be heading down sometime mid-day Friday - have to get paid Friday morning and do a little work before I head out.

See you all soon!!!!

PS: Just looked at the NWS - we are supposed to have chances of thunderstorms and showers thru Friday - Flagstaff may still have some lingering on Saturday. Temps look great - mid 70's to mid 80's depending on the elevation. Today we got clouds and a little thunder, only a few drops literally, but it cooled off this afternoon from about 80 at lunchtime - awsome!!!

To the SWTF Bunch, have a great ride this year, hope to join you for the next event in 2010. AmyLee is in the air at this time on her way to Charming Clovis New Mexico to be with her granddaughter for a month. I'll be thinking of you all, while on tomorrows ride, I'm doing a small ride to Jamestown, ca. with my fellow (SOT)Sons of Thunder CMC group.

We missed all who did not make it this year. We understand that sometimes life and circumstances interfere in our riding time, but don't expect ant sympathy from those that made it!

It rained on me most of the way from Flag to Prescott yesterday and my raingear (thanks to Eddie) came in handy.

Today's ride was altered to go south and west instead of north and east to avoid the weather and we lucked out. Had an awsome day! We will see see what tomorrow brings.

Keep the shiney side up.
Becky

at least a little sympathy. I made it 350mi. before surrender to the weather with 760mi. to go. That's a 700 mile round trip attempt anyhow.

Hope all had a great time. Always thanks to Dwight and better half for providing the clubhouse.

We had an unexpected visitor show up (we think ).

Ian (Dog33) must have been in Jerome. We couldn't find him, but this has to be his bike..
Doesn't it?

I made it home yesterday about 3 pm, only a few more sprinkles just south of Flagstaff, it was a gorgeous riding day!!!

THANK YOU DWIGHT for again hosting. Bill and Mike, as always a pleasure to see you both. And it was great to meet and ride with Jeff this year, and meet a newbee, Sandie and her husband Gary.

I didn't take a whole lot of pictures this year, but will upload them tonight. I will also ponder captions and a story to tell.

Until next year!!!

Becky

Looks like everybody made it home alright, huh?!

We may have had a smaller than usual turnout this year, but the folks who showed up once again proved the old adage that often quality beats quantity.

Thanks to all those who made it this year's SWTF, and also to those who showed interest but for circumstances were unable to attend. Hope to see you all for next year's rally.

(I'll post a more detailed recap of this shindig within a couple of days, after I get back to L.A....including the requisite gibes, of course)

Sorry I have not gotten back to eveyone, I have been working on a new deck. Dwight, Thanks as usual for being the host, loved seeing everyone and I loved the ride on Sat. Big Bill, nice pics of the new bridge. Being a little shy of high places though I am not looking forward to using it.

Hope everyone had a good time, maybe next year. Didn't make it to California either for the Hanford Swap meet, but I did go to Cottonwood for the Smoke Out. Good thing I didn't commit to the Fest, because my bike is still in pieces waiting on the head from ditchdr. Did see a couple of new Triumphs in Cottonwood.
