Finally, I took the opportunity to spend a day on a long ride.

I bought my BA nearly one year ago. Since then, it has been my faithful daily driver. Wednesday this past week, in an effort to escape post election depression or for some, buyers remorse, I spent the entire day taking advantage of what will probably be the last 70f day of 2008 riding around mid-east michigan. Starting out in Farmington Hills (outside Detroit), driving east to 94, then north to Port Huron. Then all back roads to Frankenmuth, where I spent an hour walking around Bronners, and then home via back roads. Nearly 8 hours and 400 miles later, nothing could wipe the smile off my face. I have never been so at peace and so happy as I was on my America, solo, cruising the back roads with beautiful weather, and georgeous surroundings. YEEEEAAAARGUE! I love this bike.



I want to open a dealership!!!! Ladies and gentlemen, I have drank the Cool-Aid, and ther is no hope for me.

cool place frankenmuth, which roads did you run?? 46, 15, 53?? tell me the story, its been a long time since i run any of them roads up there but i remember some were great, long stretchs with no stops and min. traffic. good country rds. where did you eat in frankenmuth hahahahaha bronners??? man, were you Christmas shopping?? hahaha i used to ENJOY octoberfest in frakenmuth!!!! i've been known to be found(we'll call it sleeping) on the riverbank downtown
