One of the guys asked Dave (Geordie Wolf) to make him this for his custom Speedmaster. I think it look really good, but would of gone for a pad on the rear so the Mrs was a little more comfy..

Whatya think

Dave's made an awesome job of the sissy bar and powder coating

I can't wait to fit it to my bike ... but it will have to wait until Sunday evening unless I can find a baby sitter

I have a nice touring seat and padded backrest on my America ... so my other half can go distance in comfort on that one

The new Sissy Bar will not be fitted until late on Sunday Evening (I'm on a kiddie weekend) ... so I will hopefully post a picture of it fitted on Monday

I've been experimenting for a year on some designs. I even lost my whole pack that was strapped to my bar on my way home from camping one night. I am stealing this idea for sure. Sorry, but thanks. What I really like is that it is off the fender. Nice job.

From the pic, It looks like there would be a clearance problem between the flat bracket/twisted bar and the struts?
May need to shim with washers to prevent rubbing the struts?
Will be looking forward to the pic,s.

Former, or inactive member Evanman, who morphed into Oregonman and eventually Bullheadcityman fashioned a twisted metal highway bar and I believe sissy bar. He was at the 1st Idaho rally. Maybe someone has a photo or two??
