Maybe this time there will be a bike that we can all afford. It is also British owned like our beloved Triumphs. I hope the new owner of Norton Motorcycles listens to the buyers and develops machines that we want. Can't wait......ANGELIS
1200CC BIG BORE, W/WISECO PISTONS,.250 STROKED CRANK, PORTED/POLISHED HEADS AND LARGER VALVES, CUSTOM WELDED EXHUAST, DUAL 42MM MIKUNI CARBS.

"Hey Ralphie Boy! We best not tell Alice or Trixie about these motorcycles we bought, or we'll be sleepin' at the lodge for a while, huh?!" (I figured I'd have a little fun with this thread, seein' as how it's a dupe and all!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Yea, Apparently, The guy in the Pacific NorthWest couldn't raise the money to go into production (i forgot his name) so he sold out to a bloke in the motherland. I hope they make a standard bike. Those of us who remember the Norton name and performance, will not care for riding a cafe racer (sport bike) for any length of time.
Ride Safe,
Dennis
Triumph, it's how I live and what I ride.
