Anyone got a problem with the pillion pad frame? Mine broke right where the back bracket screws into the plastic. Dealer says he never saw or heard about that problem, and that triumph wouldn't garantee it... Haven't put much effort contacting triumph yet... but it broke around 4000 miles.

never heard of it myself. If your sickle is under warranty. Get a new one as it is covered. If your stealer thinks otherwise he is FOS.

That happened to mine too, probably the result of trying to screw the seat down over throwover bag straps. Dealer ordered me a new one without a question.

Well I had the pannier leather buckle under the seat... And that makes a pressure on it a bit... but it's design that way from the company...???

I have an extra of the older narrow style pillion if you want it.
