I seen a Speedy with a speedo visor on it, kind-a like it. Anyone know where I could get one?

You buy ANY turnsignal visor shield, stretch (bend) it to the desired radius, and epoxy it to the glass/bezel.
Mine has lasted several runs, with EVERY idiot who see's it touching it to see if it will fall off!

I just checked and my Driving Light Visors are the correct size. If there is a way to take the case/rim of speedo off it should fit under the lip of the cover just like on a spotlight ring. I have to remove my windshield to experiment so if any one knows off hand if the speedo case comes apart (and can be put back) it will work and I'll confirm it.

I would be worried about putting anything under the speedo bezel. It could compromise the seal.

Here you go....Perfect Visor. I had this mod in mind and after seeing your post, remembered seeing a visor I thought would fit. Went to the Husky Truck stop and bought an add on visor for truck lights.. It fits the Triumph speedo perfectly. I cut 4 short 1/8" wide strips of double sided tape-the stuff with the red backing- and applied it to the leading edge of the Speedo. The visor has an inner and outer lip which slipped over the tape and up against the gauge. A perfect fit and rock solid.

That would be a good point Ian, that is what I wonder how the thing is set up. I looked in a Parts manual and service manual and can't find an exploded view to give me an idea.

Ok, so Googleing "HANA" didn't work so well.
Can you tell me what the word is under "HANA" on the package, so I'll have better luck finding them.
Or better yet, what did you pay for it?
My visor was two for $6.00. If it ever fails, I'd rather use the HANA one, as long as it's not over $15-20.00.

Try the Flying "J" Truck/Service Centers as they carry a lot of the same style products.

Put me down for one Ed, if you can get them. I think they look cool and anything to make it so it's easier to see in the sun is good. Not that we get much here in the UK

Just got approved as a dealer and have my first shipment coming this way. Overseas will NOT cost $40 for shipping as soon as I get them I'll know what the shipping will be. I can will guarantee they will be a WHOLE lot less than $40!

I think the word you all missed was with shipping is $40...that means togeather with the visor $40 for both
If they are $10 US ,thats $20 AU then ad shipping i dont think they will be any cheaper by time they get here

Late breaking news they are refunding $10.00 as the price was wrong on there internet site so $30.00 AU is a good price , Which includes delivery (express)

Added to my site, $11.15 includes shipping US AND the necessary tape (you won't have to spend the $6.00 for a roll) to make it work. AND only $22 Australian Dollars total (there abouts)! They are are spiffy!

Thanks to Shutterbug for the research and the photo's.
