Trying to install TORs on my 07 BA. Does anyone know how the heck to get the brass clamp off the stock muffler up front where it connects to the female pipe? I could not fit a wrench or socket on the square nut. This should have been a 30 minute job. thanks. yours in frustration.

You're making me nervous....

The square nut is part of the clamp. There is a bolt running through it with a 13mm head on the other end.

Where you at in da burg? There's about 6 or 7 of us on here within a 20 mile radius....

Making you nervous! I'm makin' ME nervous. I absolutely didnt see thet 13mm bolt. Opposide the clamp part w/ the square nut I see an oval part of the clamp with what looks to be a bolt countersunk into it. But i will have another look before work this morning and will let you know if I am just a dope (good chance of that). Maybe seeing it in daylight will shed some light on the situation. So to speak. I'm in Aspinwall, right off Freeport Rd.

It is no longer a 13mm bolt, at least for 07. It's a hex nut. Working on it in daylight helps, too. Thanks, all.
