For whatever after market exhaust I want to go with for my '09 America, the EFI will need to be re-mapped, correct?

it may be able to do some small adjustments. but to get the benefit form the pipes a remap would def be the way to go

If you are going to the trouble of remapping also think about sticking in a K & N air filter before the remap.

I have changed to the TOR's and K & N and it sounds nice, not over loud. The standard pipes on the EFI have a cat in each pipe.

I would agree with everyone on this. Get the K&N air cleaner and find a custom map for it(or take it to a Dyno shop and have one designed for your bike). I did this with my Daytona 600. The only difference is that I also purchased a Power Commander so I can change maps and tweek it myself. Love what it's done for my Daytona.
