Within a month after buying my Speedy (three years ago) I put the Triumph Touring seat and a backrest/luggage rack on it. I have been riding it like this since then. Well, Last night I got a little froggy and removed the backrest and put the original Gunslinger seat back on.
Got up this morning and jumped on it for the ride to work - It feels like a brand new bike to me now. I can't explain it, but it just feels different. Could be the seat thickness/height difference, or/and the weight reduction, or just psychological - But it just feels new and more exciting.
I just went out for a break and looked at my 'new' Speedy. I had forgotten how sleek it looks in stock livery. I am reminded why I bought this awesome machine in the first place. A couple of folks in the office have asked me if I bought a new bike, LOL.
I think I just fell in love with my bike again....

Your bike just called - she said you needed to prove yer love for her .

Something Chrome would be nice , to celebrate the Autumnal Equinox .
