If I put the ISO grip on the bike, will the lighted signal cap allow for the Union Jack end caps still work? I have never used ISO grips before.

You could put a lighted end cap on one side and the Union Jack on the other . Swap 'em over every six months or so .

found this thread and wanted to ask a similar question...
would the ISO grips fitted with turn signal cap fit a bar end mirror b/w them?

I think not. The signal part and the chrome end cap are integral.
