Had both, prefer chicago style.
Once saw a show about different flavors of pizza across the country - most of it came down to the water used changed the taste.

Depends on the mood. Even cheap store-bought frozen pizza has it's place. Anything but those fancy California "health food" pizzas.

Like both, but prefer New York style, maybe because that's what I had growing up, and now that I'm in Chicago I can't get it like that anywhere. All the thin crust is cut into small squares for some reason.

I have to ask, is that bacon on there? Oh of the 2 choices, Chicago style, or those cheap .99 cent walmart things.

That thing was NOT pizza. It was an open faced sandwich.

Just like from Domino's!!
I like them all. I prefer in order Sicilian, and New York, Then Chicago, Then "St. Louis".
I eat New York style most often. By the way, my Grandmother, made real italian pizza, or I should say what she grew up with in Italy. It was cheese, garlic, and tomato slices, on the "New York" style crust.

Thin, crispy crust so I'd probably lean towards the New York style.

Eeh! What's all this crap about Chicago versus New York style pizza, anyway???!!! You guys haven't lived until you've tried an L.A. style pizza! It has fruit, flakes and nut toppings, of course. (BTW...no pepperoni or anchovy were abused or mistreated in the making of this lame old joke)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I prefer pizza that has some kind of crust and any combination of pepperoni, onion and green pepper. I don't mind it a few days old as long as it hasn't started turning green and fuzzy.
