Just replaced my front and rear brake pads. Pretty simple job. Pumped up rear brake about 3-4 times, nice pedal. Went to front, put on pads, tighten everything up pump brake lever, nothing! Continue to pump, nothing! Ok, bled the front brake following Haynes Manual, not rocket science, Nothing! OK, gravity bled, no air in line, master cylinder full, no leaks anywhere, Nothing! No brakes, whats up?

I just replaced my brakes as well and I had the same problem. I had to drain the whole brake system since I switched to synthetic brake fluid. I removed both calipers to drain them, the master cylinder, and the brake lines. I then reattached everything and added the synthetic (DOT 4) brake fluid. Pumped untill I was about to pass out, took a brake because I was stumped. How could I have messed up this simple brake job. Knowing that it was a simple system and being so stubborn I just kept on pumping and long and behold I had brakes again. Dont give up just keep on pumping my friend. You too will get there eventually! Best of luck!

Another simple tip, sometimes pumping the lever very quickly (VERY) helps.

It did for awhile, couple of days later I heard a 'squeaking' noise from the front wheel. Seems the brake shoes were 'moving' when I hit the brake. Long story short, one of the tabs on the springs broke off. Ordered a new set from the Dealer and only received one. Anybody ever had to replace the spring/fasteners/clips in the front caliper. Two weeks and still waiting. Seems Triumph Corp has a mixup in the part numbers, the parts list calls for both in a set, when they came in only had one. Dealer still checking. They have been very helpful I want to ride
