Nice! I think I need to bump up the estimated cost of the roof.

WOW that guy is lucky to be alive. See how it crused the side of the truck?!?

Check out the other pics too. IT sheared off the building REAL clean. That thing couldn't have been attached very well...

I was expecting it to tin-can the trailer, not rip it off the building!!

Way too much weight for any type of attachment to the gable. Physics don't work that way when coupled with cost. Instead the measly support columns are the bad items. A couple of straps to the beams was all. Wonder why a good storm hadn't toppled that thing before the cager did. Maybe when they rebuild it they'll do a real structure.

Good posts with some angle bracing on them is all that would have been needed really. Don't really have to attach it to the main building for stability just engineer the support posts correctly. That should have been treated as a free standing structure when built, it was way too long to depend on the attachment to the building.

What scares me most is that this driver is probably a registered voter, too.

Funny thing is, that looks like fun to me. I'd pay for that ride!

well that reminds me of the time, my father drove from Mi. to In. in his midas mtr. home for a bowling tournement we were in for the F.O.E.. well of course we had been drinking the whole trip and were pretty blitzed. we were to meet everyone at a motel and as we were nearing the town we were caught up in one heII of a rainstorm. sooo between the rain and the cans of stupid we had consumed he misjudged the height of the canopy at the motel and we soon realized his midas was a little taller than he thought. ripped most of the roof off of the midas and did quite a bit of damage to the canopy. had to ride back home with a tarp tied to the roof of the midas. man i will never forget how wet we got and the looks on all those people's faces when they came out to see what had happened. at first neither one of us new for sure what had just happened. but it only took a minute and my dad told his girlfriend (who didnt drink) to get behind the wheel and she ended up takeing the blame.(kind of a "oops silly me" thing) up untill that moment i couldnt figure out what my dad was seeing in that woman, but when she got behind the wheel without hesitation, i knew hahahahahahahaha

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!
