I have been close for some time to reaching 20,000 miles on my fly ride. work is less than 2 miles away so it was like watching water boil. I cross a draw bridge in the town of Charleston in the Coos Bay area on the Oregon coast going to and from work. last night at the very center/middle of the bridge I reached mile 20,000!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was thinking it was going to be in some far reaching place , but I'm happy it happened where it did. and I am reminded I am lucky to be employed and have a job. just counting my blessings.

Congrats.

I'm closing in on 27,000 and the bike just keeps running betterer. I hope I can get to 30,000 before the snow starts flying.
Forgive me for saying the "S" word...

I passed 40,000 this weekend. Exactly three years I've had it now. I met my goal for the season so I can rest my monkeybutt a little bit now and prepare for the next 40K.

I just noticed my speedo needle is kind of vibrating a little like when the cable is going, I hope this isn't a drive on the way out since I haven't had a chance to look at it yet.
