I was at the largest HOG rally in Scotland (maybe the UK) at the wekend and my Speedmaster got a lot of attention, all of it positive. I saw a rocket3 a black bonnie and 2 other speedmasters the other 2000 or so bikes were harleys in all shapes and sizes. Here are some pics

Oh God I love Scotland. It would be great to ride my America all through your beautiful land!

2005 America, green/gray, gutted stock pipes, tall sissy bar w/ luggage rack, Saddleman's dual touring seat and Tourmaster saddlebags (and sissybar bag).

All the time i lived in England i never ventured across the Northern border. Man i regret that. So much so that i am determined that in the next few years i will take the family on a trip to Scotland.

You guys need bigger lisence plates. I can hardly read those.
They must look really really funny on sport bikes.

Dill the law here are always pulling bikes over for small plates, its a national pastime see how long you can ride with an illegal sized plate on. Arsenalfan shame on you, you are missing out on the greatest motorcycling roads in Europe, if not the world (ok I'm a bit biased)

I don't like the paintjob or all the lights, but I like the design of the rest of it. It looks a lot better than those old VW trikes from the 70's and 80's.

Some of these Trikes in the UK like the one above start off at £30,000 or around $60,000

It looks like a dune buggy wanna be... heck a dune buggy might be more fun than that trike.

Nice Pictures.
Same weekend as Mutineers rally at Drymen.Re the wee note about the number plate issue. On the way to the rally the police were out in force along with the engineers. They were checking bikes over for dodgy number plates and excessive noise from the exhaust. being cynical i somehow do not see the Hardley riders falling into the clutches of our local constabulary for noisy exhausts or small number plates. Hardley owners are not exactly the Hoi polloi.

Doug ye going to the Saints & Sinners up the east coast.

its a sellout Kidhaf and i aint got a ticket.. so no then lol. Its rare that anybody on a cruiser gets pulled for a noisy exhaust, or a small plate. We tend to not attract the same attention as the speed merchants..cant think why.
