I haven't received a Triumph magazine all year, didn't get past the second question on the survey.

Could be the way the link is routed. No matter. The survey was as interesting as the magazine.

+1

I do wish they would do more stories on the real Triumph owners.

It is the way it is routed... it is associated with the email address.

I took the survey they ask if you signed up for the magazine, if yes you answer some questions about the magazine, if not you can sign up for it... I've signed up before but haven't received anything yet...

I felt the last "New" issue was put together by a company that sold Triumph a bill of goods. It didn't appear to me that whoever did it knew anything about motorcycles or Triumph in particular, but knew how to lay out a magazine. I thought it was boring.

I always felt that surveys have loaded questions, with no place to voice your opinion. You can only pick from their predetermined answers.

I just got the email link to the survey. My answers went somewhat like:
cr@p[
cr@p
cr@p
not too bad
cr@p

I wonder if they got the idea how I feel about their magazine.

Triumph Magazine is an advertising piece. The post office won't even forward it. These guys are full of themselves.

Have not received a magazine, pin, patch, or hat all year either. And, when I check, I sure as heck am registered. What gives?

I got that survey today too. Since I havent gotten a magazine at all this year, I didnt get past the third page. It did redirect me to sign up for RAT, which I already joined a long time ago. I was hoping that survey would at least let me complain to them. I have sent several emails to RAT asking where my magazines and patches were or what the heck I need to do to get them (other than renewing my membership in December, which I did do last December).

Just took the suvey since I just checked my Email and it was in there. I too got to the 3rd question and all it did was direct me to a sign up page instead of asking why I hadn't gotten it or if I was signed up or anything like that.

I got it last week.

I told them that I thought the mag should contain more for the average biker (I referred to the Longine ad in the first copy - I personally don't know any one with a Triumph that can afford a Longine watch) and that we don't all own plastic bikes or Rocket III's. I also put that I'd like to see what happens around the RAT packs around the world and that I was not happy that they didn't feature our big meet ups from here - the one in the US last year and Dent here this year. And other meetings that other model groups have too. I think I also put that most of the articles were of no interest to me....as I don't own a plastic bike or a Rocket.

I didn't put the link up, as I'd checked it and it said I'd replied already, and, thought it my have been a UK thing. Obviously wasn't.

Gina 03 America - Pretty stock - except the TBS wheel... 06 America - missing, presumed in bits. With it's TBS wheel... 09 America - It's very blue....

I received the email and deleted it without opening.
Pretty much what I do with the mag too.
I did get the cap and patch though.

Yep, same here. I give you my info once, not every time you ask for it. Fix your problems not constantly ask me over and over again.
