Hello. Introducing myself. Been reading all the post past several months trying to soak up all the knowledge I can. I started riding in 1962 (Cushman Eagle) and continued till the 1980's (Harley). In between rode mostly UJM's and a Norton (all time favorite). Usual story, job, kids mortgage, other hobbies, so dropped out till last year or so.Bought my 2007 America Feb. last year. Great bike, nicest bike I have ever owned. Thanks to you guys and your posts, Fast Eddy and Brent now have most of my money. Anyway just wanted to finally say hello and looking forward to improving my bike and knowledge/skills even more.

Couldn't agree more! I really liked my last Harley, but it wasn't near the quality of these late model Triumphs. Welcome to the gang!

Sorry Wade, sounds like you need therapy now. I prescribe a nice long ride. Ya know I was gonna post about that game in the "you know you're old when" thread.

Roll Tide. Thanks for all the welcomes, it is appreciated. I live in Demopolis, west central part of Alabama about 100 miles west of Montgomery, 60 miles south of Tuscaloosa and 25 miles east of Mississippi state line. Small town boy. Closest dealer is Bogarts in Birmingham where I purchased bike, so don't see many Triumphs. Are there many of us?

Dale, my first bike was made by Sears. Are there many of us - definitely! There may be a lot more HDs around but it sure is nice riding something that not only has more heritage, but is a lot cooler bike.
