Is it possible to duplicate the Phantom Black finish?
Can the paint be bought to match?

I'm thinking it is probably a very close match to the Harley 'black denim' paint if you have a hard time getting a proper touchup kit.

Dunno if this helps but this is the paint code that Triumph (the factory) gave me:

Triumph: PR
IVC: L5029

The first one is the code that T. use. The 2nd one is the manufacturers (IVC) code.
