Here's a bike I cooked up with a good friend of mine over the winter. He helped me with a bunch of work on my house following my brother's death and mentioned at the time,he'd like to do a frame off on an old Harley to compliment his two Triumphs. We found perhaps the ugliest Harley ever built, a 1980 FLT. It arrived in boxes and buckets. A little cuttin, grindin, and weldin. and we ended up with this. We did everything ourselves, sandblasting, painting, fabrication, everything. Mark learned everything there is to know about a Harley(at least this one)and is honing his new skill. Note the Speedmaster shocks. It was important for Mark to use some take off parts off of my late brother, Kevin's, bike. They were the best of friends.

Thank you, that was the color of my brother's chopper which I painted after we saw a Plymouth Prowler in traffic while trying to decide on a color. When I asked my friend, Mark, what color he wanted to paint our project, he immediatly responded, the color of Kevin's bike. I still had some paint left over.

Beautiful, very tastefully done (you are right about those '80's FL's!)

Absolutely, Frank, Mark is the guy who was riding my Speedmaster to the BIA meet. The photos don't truly capture the highly polished 10 gauge shells finishing the frame rails of the fender strut. I know you and Frank Sr. can appreciate the firearm theme.

Thank you, you're too kind. I'm like the rain man, an idiot sevant, I can build bikes and I'm an excelent driver. I feel fortunate to be good at something I love to do. There will always be that one guy at the shows who says, "I would have done this..." (generally with no idea what he's talking about). But for the most part my work is realy well received. And yes, that means a lot to me. Thanks, Paul

The signals in the rear fender struts are real sneaky! I like it. LOVE the beach bars man! Great look on a HD like that.
