Heya folks just put on a set of chromeworks pipes,and couldnt help it had to take it out,the Ai is already out and am waiting for 132 mains 1 shim on the needles,k&n filter when this comes to bout i am removing the snorkels.I figured i would have to rejet but couldnt help myself.I checked the plugs and they were white,sort of scared me lucky i didnt throw a piston,anyhoo how many turns out on the screws some say 2 1/2 some say 3 any ideas. Being up north I have never heard a triumph unleashed man o man what sound they have the heads were turning i will tell you.Any help would be appreciated Northernmac 07 speedmaster

disconnect one plug lead and turn the idle up so it will idle on 1 cyl. adjust the other cyl by turning the mixture screw in until it runs rough then out until it runs rough then split the difference. Repeat for the other cyl. Don't let it run any longer than you have to on the 1 cyl. If you are much more than 3 turns out you need to increase your pilot jet size.

would be best to do after you re-jet if you are going to do it soon otherwise do it now and then again after the re-jet.

When using this method, it might be best to slip a plug in the disconnected lead and let it ground. This would be to avoid potential damage to that finicky igniter box. It could be voodoo doodoo, but I think I saw something about it in the Triumph or Haynes book.
