After following Steve (XHD) through some twisties last weekend I got to thinking. This dude's 66 years old and rides like he's twenty-something. Wow! I hope I can do that if I make it to that age. I'm a mere 37 years old. Not exactly OLD, but not as young as I think. My mind still "feels" like I did when I was in my early twenties. My body knows the truth though.

Sounds like Steve might have one of those T-shirts with a Vincent on it that says..."Old Guys can go fast when they want to!", huh Rob?!

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

no. yous a yute. I was eluding to the recycling efforts of Uncle Charlie. Single Malts. Ahhh. Spirits for the soul. they keep you feeling young and vibrant.

Yesterday a little itty bitty Chrysler Crossfire changed lanes sandwiching herself between me and a cage with inches to spare, gee thanks. Me? after splitting lanes and flipping her off, I thought of the wise words of Charlie Parker, "you gotta do better than that!" Oh how I love to ride like a pig fornicator. ya would have been proud.

Oh, and after arriving at Greg's house and finding he had no liquor or beer in the house, I arrived home yesterday to the same situation. No whiskey and no beer. Dang, I hate it when that happens. The up side was we went to the red dot and being 7:01pm had to settle for beer. omg. They had a frickin huge selection. took me a while to decide.

Bah, whippersnappers! At 68, I often venture into the tonne up zone. looking into a possible stability problem on the OL's new piglet, I ran up to 110 just this morning.

Thanks for the kind words, Rob...when you're hiding under a smoked full face, you can be any age, but I do love dem twisties.
The big difference is it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night.
See you and all this Sat.
