I was out running errands on the bike last Saturday and pulled into a gas station to refuel.
As I was keeping an eye on the gas rising in the tank, a young guy walked by and said "Beautiful".
That's all.
I said "Thank you."
Geez I hope he meant the bike...

Of course it was the bike. When a SC Trooper pulled up next to me last month and said, "Sweet", I just knew he meant the bike...even though he did wink at me.  SteveB

Its a treat to own these bikes aint it though? I get this unsoliticited adulation for my Black Speedmaster so regularly that I now take it for granted.
We have a brand new spanking clean super duper Harley dealer just down the road from work and I now try to stop in there every couple of weeks just after I have washed and shined up my ride and I purposely park right next to a couple of those overpriced chrome laden monstrosities just to further illustrate the obvious clear cut "super model" good looks of my little ole Trumpet.

Been getting those comments alot as well (about the bike). Guy yelled out of a liquor store while I was at a stop light. ****** nice bike dude. I agree with him.
