I sent Fast Eddy a pm wondering if Rivco made replacement rubbers for their floorboards. He contacted Holly at Rivco and told me to give her a call and she could handle the replacement with no problem. Holly was extremely helpful and I received the replacement in 4 days. The bonus was that it was free. I was missing one of the rubbers for several months but when the second one came off I wanted to repair the problem. Rivco sent me a package that contained all the rubbers for both floorboards and some adhesive to hold them on. I know many people has said how quick and excellent the service was from Eddy so now is my turn. Many thanks to Eddy, Holly and Rivco for takeing care of my issue with lightspeed.
