Has anyone replace these? How many are there?
Can you replace w/ led like the dash lights?

My work only sometimes!
So I need to replace them.

There are 2 bulbs w/ filiments, not lEDs. Weather or not you can change over to LEDs is really not my field of expertese. I thought I blew one of mine out, but it turns out it just backed out of the socket. It does take a very very thin screwdriver, to get the trip meter knob, screw out

This is an excellent question. I was Riding home in the dark yesterday and wondered if anyone has replaced the sad, dimmas bulbs on the Speedo with LEDs. I can see the speedo, but would definitely like it to be a bit brighter. Now, here's the rub. If someone would send me a speedo they don't need/use, I woulds be willing to experiment with it and develop a LED lighting scheme and share it with everyone here. I've been an Electronics Tech for the last 24 years and think this could be fun. SO.. Anyone have a speedometer they don't want? Just PM me and I'll even pay postage...

Checking Bike Bandit, looks like Speedo/Tach bulbs have the same number as the idiot lights. Should be able to find them at Superbrightleds.com .
