...and behind the truck, a cager who since they can't see anything becaue the truck is blocking their view, and doesn't feel like waiting, makes a left turn.
Don't you hate it when that happens?
Might be 'prudent' to move right and take a looky see.

Every driving test should include a 15 point essay question, "What is the difference between 'nothing there' and 'can't see'?" This assumes that missing 5 points = a fail.

Oh they know the difference. They just don't care. They know "right on red" doesn't mean "regardless of oncoming traffic". They know that "right lane must turn right" doesn't mean "unless you can cut off someone in the lane next to you." They just don't care.

Funny you should mention that Will, today was the first time ever, that I saw somone get pulled over by a cop for
using the right turn only lane to pass about 4 cars waiting at a stop light. Light changed he went straight. Cop sitting
in 7/11 parking lot whipped out and bagged him.

Two lane highway, straight as an arrow, first vehicle seen in about five minutes...out blows his garbage drum and starts bouncing down my side of the road. No harm but felt like I was in a Murphey's Law movie or something.
