Hi, I have SM '07 all buffles are removed, rejeted, dyno shows my air is between 12 and 13, runs strong, but when I am downshifitng or sometimes just when I am about to press clutch SM just stalls,...

Took to dealership and they told me "because you removed all buffles and modified airbox, your bike is pulling more air..." I told them that with this currrent setting I have been ridding for 600 miles and no problems at all, also asked them about fuel filter (triangle shape). and they dont have a clue about that...

Does anyone else has any other ideas why my Speedy is stalling...

is that your mixture across the board give or take? Seems just about ideal , or is it different at low RPMs? Could you have developed a vacuum leak such as cracked squirrel condom? Maybe your idle is a tab low? Don't think it's the filter that should starve you at higher RPMs.

Agree with Ian, don't think it is a filter problem. Could you post your dyno run with the AF ratio.
