Does the new forum send out emails when someone has replied to a post that you have put up. I haven't gotten any and was wondering if this isn't available anymore.

Hey John,
I figured it out!
I was just mucking about and found that if you add a thread to your Favorites, responses to your posts get emailed to you.
I have a thread over in the Lounge and Nuthin replied and I got an email!

Yep. That's the way it works. If you go to My Home and then scroll down there's a link at the bottom to edit your email preferences.

I also noticed that when you reply to a post at the bottom (well close to the bottom) above the continue button there are three boxes for checkmarks. One is "Add this thread to my favorites."  Wow, it was right in front of me and I didn't see...that never happens to me!!

This new "forum" seams alot more complicated than the old "threads". I guess I'm just not used to it, I'll figure it out.

I'll be accused of being a smart-alec & maybe a tax cheat to boot, but if nuthin replied, how did you get the e mail??

As a rule of thumb, I usually add any thread I've started to my favorites, but I don't add everythread I post to. I play those by ear. If I think I'm going to be interested I'll click the box.
