Guys / Gals:

Is this as easy as changing the back shoes? I believe I'm getting really close to the end of the front pads and I'm do for inspection this month. I've changed the rear shoes and thought the task was pretty easy (but then again, I had step by step instructions from our family members here). Does anyone have the procedure for the fronts? Is this something I should let the dealer do? Please advise.

Thanks in advance!

Steve B.

Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight.

Very little difference from the rears. Instead of two pad retaining pins, there is only one. There's also a small cover on the front (standard driver) that conceals the pad retaining pin 5mm hex slot. Like the rears, note how the spring clip seats in the caliper in-case it drops out.

Very easy job.

Regards,

Tom

.....things I would NEVER let someone else do: sight in my deer rifle, gas plumbing in my house, brakes on my bike......
